Independent Cleaner Agreement

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

This Independent Cleaner Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between CAREFORALL COM INC. (“Careforall”) and the independent cleaning professional (“Cleaner,” “Pro,” “you,” or “your”).

By submitting an application, creating a Pro account, accepting a booking, or providing cleaning services through Careforall, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are an independent contractor.
  • You are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Careforall.
  • Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship.

You are solely responsible for determining how you perform your cleaning services.

2. Acceptance of Jobs

You may:

  • Accept available jobs.
  • Decline available jobs.
  • Set your own availability.
  • Decide when to work.

Careforall does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings or earnings.

3. Service Standards

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time.
  • Perform services professionally.
  • Treat customers respectfully.
  • Follow customer instructions when reasonable.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Communicate promptly regarding delays or issues.

4. Background Check

You authorize Careforall and its service providers to conduct a background check as permitted by law.

Providing false information may result in application denial or account termination.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

After a completed booking:

  • Careforall collects payment from the customer.
  • Careforall deducts applicable platform fees.
  • The remaining amount is paid to you according to the Careforall payout schedule.

You are responsible for ensuring your payout information remains accurate.

6. Taxes

You are solely responsible for:

  • Federal income taxes
  • State income taxes
  • Local taxes
  • Self-employment taxes
  • Business licenses required by law

Careforall does not withhold payroll taxes or employment taxes.

7. Equipment and Supplies

Unless otherwise stated:

  • You provide your own transportation.
  • You provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your equipment in safe working condition.

8. Customer Communication

You may communicate with customers through the Careforall platform regarding:

  • Arrival times
  • Service-related questions
  • Scheduling
  • Additional cleaning time requests

You agree not to use customer information for unrelated business purposes or unsolicited marketing.

9. Additional Cleaning Time

If additional time is needed to complete a cleaning:

  • You may submit a request through the Careforall platform.
  • Customers may approve or decline the request.
  • Additional compensation is provided only after customer approval.

10. Photos

You may be required to upload before-and-after photos for quality assurance and dispute resolution.

Photos must:

  • Relate only to the cleaning service.
  • Respect customer privacy.
  • Not include unnecessary personal information.

11. Customer Property

You agree to exercise reasonable care while performing services.

Any accidental damage should be reported promptly through the Careforall platform.

12. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all customer information obtained through Careforall, including:

  • Names
  • Addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Access instructions
  • Security information
  • Booking details

Customer information may only be used to complete assigned services.

13. SMS and Email Communications

If you choose to receive SMS notifications, Careforall may send messages including:

  • Account verification
  • Application updates
  • Job offers
  • Booking confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Customer messages
  • Additional time request updates
  • Payment notifications

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and accepted jobs.

Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

Careforall may suspend or terminate your account for reasons including:

  • Fraud
  • Safety concerns
  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Illegal activity
  • Providing false information

15. Insurance

You are responsible for maintaining any insurance required by law or appropriate for your business.

Careforall may require proof of insurance in the future.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careforall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

17. Changes to This Agreement

Careforall may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions become effective when posted on this page.

Continued use of the Careforall platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
