Our Services
Careforall currently focuses on residential cleaning services, including recurring and scheduled home cleanings.
Service availability depends on the location, schedule, and availability of independent cleaning Pros. Submitting a booking does not guarantee that a Pro will be available to accept it.
Independent Cleaning Professionals
Cleaning Pros who use Careforall are independent service providers and are not employees of Careforall.
Each Pro is responsible for accepting jobs, managing their availability, and performing services professionally and safely. Careforall provides the online platform used to coordinate bookings, payments, service information, and communications.
Payments and Communication
Customer payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Careforall may send transactional email and SMS notifications related to customer accounts and bookings, including:
- Verification codes
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Booking updates
- Cancellation notices
- Payment notifications
- Additional-time requests
- Service-related messages from cleaning Pros
Customers who opt in to SMS may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity and bookings.

Service areas may expand over time as additional independent cleaning Pros join the platform.
